ASR06 Fast Feed Indexable Cutter Bar

BOFA ASR06 cutter bars use replaceable EPNW0603 inserts for productive high-feed milling. Select the required shank diameter, cutter diameter, overall length and edge count for the workpiece and machining conditions.

Configuration and application

Available configurations include 2T, 3T and 4T edge counts. The series supports roughing, finishing, cavity machining, concave grooves, step surfaces and profile-style milling. Inserts are supplied separately.

EMR4R / EMR5R / EMR6R Indexable End Mill

The BOFA EMR4R, EMR5R and EMR6R range provides indexable end-mill configurations for practical milling operations. Replaceable inserts allow the cutting configuration to be selected for the required material and application.

EMR-TRS Indexable Milling Inserts

BOFA EMR-TRS indexable inserts are supplied for compatible milling tool bodies. The series includes multiple insert geometries and coating options to match the selected tool body and workpiece material.

Insert selection

Provide the cutter-bar model, workpiece material and machining operation when requesting a quotation. BOFA will help confirm the matching insert configuration before order placement.

Supply note

Inserts and milling tool bodies are quoted as separate items unless a complete configuration is requested.

R390 Precision Indexable Cutter Bar

The BOFA R390 precision cutter bar series uses R39011T308 indexable inserts. Models are selected by shank diameter, cutter diameter, overall length and two-edge cutting configuration.

Standard configuration

The supplied range covers shank sizes C15 to C32, cutter diameters D15 to D35 and overall lengths of 150 or 200 mm. Refer to the full model and size chart below for individual configurations.

Selection support

Tell BOFA the material, required cutter diameter, overall length and machine interface for a compatible R390 recommendation and quotation. Inserts are supplied separately.

EMR300R / EMR400R APMT Milling Inserts

BOFA APMT indexable milling inserts are intended for compatible EMR300R and EMR400R milling cutter bodies and cutter bars. The supplied images show insert views, surface details and product packaging.

Compatibility confirmation

To select the correct insert, provide the EMR cutter-body model, workpiece material and machining operation. BOFA will confirm a compatible insert configuration and quotation.

Supply note

Indexable inserts are supplied separately from cutter bodies unless a complete tooling configuration is requested.

EAP300R / EAP400R Indexable Cutter Bar

BOFA EAP series cutter bars use replaceable indexable inserts for reliable shoulder milling, slotting, contour machining and other practical milling operations. Choose the matching EAP300R or EAP400R configuration according to the required diameter, shank and insert type.

Applications and insert selection
